Job summary

Releady in Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives in a highly regulated banking environment. You will translate strategic objectives into delivery plans and partner with senior leaders across operations, technology, risk, and compliance.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong governance, clear communication, and the ability to drive initiatives from strategy through implementation using both Agile and Waterfall

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading complex banking or regulated projects.
Proven track record managing large cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience with enterprise governance, risk, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives in banking/FS.
Own full lifecycle from initiation to post-launch stabilization.
Develop project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans.
Partner with senior leaders across business, tech, risk, and compliance.
Facilitate governance forums and executive decision-making.
Identify risks and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
Balance multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
