Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead program development for the Regulated and Renewable Energy fleet. The role focuses on implementing program strategies, ensuring plans, processes, and documentation meet standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience or high school/GED with 14+ years of related work experience.
Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills.
Business acumen and ability to interpret regulatory language.

Responsibilities

Evaluate fleet events and industry developments to improve program performance and cost effectiveness.
Lead development of new improvement initiatives and secure project approval and funding.
Manage OEM/vendor relationships to ensure safety, value, and warranty needs.
Develop routine program assessments and support audits, outages, and gap analysis.
Influence leaders to implement standards and share industry best practices; establish KPIs and metrics.
Interface with industry peers to benchmark best practices and lead fleet initiatives.
