Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Program Manager for Turbine and Generator Services to lead program strategy and execution across the RRE fleet. You will manage complex technical projects, interface with senior leadership, and drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in coordinating across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years related work experience.
• In lieu of degree: 14 years related work experience with High School/GED.

Responsibilities

• Continually evaluate fleet events, industry developments, supplier changes and regulatory drivers to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead development and scoping of new improvement initiatives across the fleet and secure funding.
• Manage relationships with OEMs and vendors to ensure safety, quality work, value, and warranty considerations; identify multi-year collaboration opportunities.
• Lead program assessment activities to identify gaps, support audits, and develop action plans.
• Influence senior leaders to adopt consistent standards and embed industry best practices in fleet initiatives.
