Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fleet events and regulatory drivers to identify opportunities for performance improvements and cost savings.
• Lead development and scoping of new improvement initiatives; communicate results to senior management and secure funding.
• Manage OEM/vendor relationships to ensure safety, quality, value, and warranty considerations.
• Lead program assessment activities and support during audits, assessments, and outages; create gap-analysis tools and action plans.
• Influence leaders to implement consistent standards; benchmark industry best practices and track KPIs.
