Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Electric Propulsion to lead technical strategy for Electric Drive/Generation Systems within the Turbo-Generator and Electric Propulsion offerings.

You will own core technical requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with customers and stakeholders to mature designs toward airworthy production. Strong leadership in power electronics, electric machines, and aerospace regulatory frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., science, engineering, math).
• At least 10 years of technical leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Electric Drive/Generation Systems technology, product, and application expertise.
• Electric Drive/Generation Systems integration expertise.
• Electric machine system engineering design experience.
• Power electronics & related controls system engineering design experience.
• Electric power generation aerospace domain expertise.
• Electric Power Systems architecture and regulatory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the core technical requirements for the Electric Drive/Generation Systems.
• Oversee technology maturation and alignment with the roadmap.
• Support development plans to produce an airworthy product.
• Own integration of the Electric Drive/Generation System design into final production configuration.
• Interface with partners, internal and external stakeholders and customers.
