Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a qualified Senior Project Engineer to drive performance in our Electric Power Generation Project Engineering team from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule. You will lead systems and test activities, maintain the IMS, and coordinate with leadership, the customer, and cross-functional teams to meet program goals.

Requirements include a STEM Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years in project or test engineering, with CAM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Project engineering, Test engineering, or related discipline
• Experience with Control Account Management (CAM)

Responsibilities

• Support and lead systems and test engineering efforts including requirements management, system integration, and engine development/qualification test efforts
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track project milestones, and ensure adherence to strict technical requirements
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals
• Prepare and present monthly budget and schedule updates, including CAM activities
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Act as the primary liaison between team leadership and customers, providing regular updates on program status and addressing any concerns
