Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in planning and delivering research content. You will drive alignment between product strategy and execution, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor teams to deliver through others.

You will engage senior stakeholders across multiple units, use data-driven insights to challenge assumptions, and lead Agile product development and lifecycle management to ensure measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in program management, product management, or product operations.
• Proven ability to own large, complex programs and deliver through others.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience with Agile product development and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within content planning and production.
• Drive alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Ensure delivery against business outcomes (adoption, engagement, satisfaction).
• Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders across BTI, IT, and business units.
• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead complex requirements definition across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Product and UX to shape product direction and user experience.
• Mentor and develop team members, improving product thinking and execution.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively, even in ambiguous situations.
• Identify systemic issues and lead transformation of processes and workflows.
