Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own successful delivery of large, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while tracking smaller projects.
• Drive strategic cross-functional planning with PMs and engineering leads to develop roadmaps, dependencies, and resourcing plans.
• Ascertain true requirements underlying feature requests and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet tight timelines.
• Communicate plans, status, and critical issues to executive management.
• Partner as a technical liaison between product and engineering teams.
