Amazon AMZL ORBIT PMO is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive operational plans, long-term strategy, and high-volume event planning (Peak/Prime Week). You will lead PMO workstreams and partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Safety, Fleet, and ACES.

The role emphasizes turning ambiguous problems into simple solutions, delivering results, and establishing strong program management frameworks with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross-team programs at various stages of lifecycle.
• Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
• Drive programs to deliver goals on time and exceeding our quality bar.
• Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers.
