Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Program Manager to lead the most complex, cross-company initiatives in our product organization, working directly with the Chief Product Officer. You’ll turn big priorities into plans with clear owners, dates and outcomes, and drive them to delivery.

As the first PM in the Office of the CPO, you’ll influence senior leaders across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, raise risks early with proposed fixes, and ensure programs land in production on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations in tech.
• Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs at once.
• Enough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• AI-native, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to plan, track and redesign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of cross-company programs for the CPO, from the first ask to delivery.
• Turn high-level goals into end-to-end plans with scope, milestones, owners and dates.
• Drive execution across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, in a matrix organization where you lead through influence.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and bring them to the CPO with options and a recommendation.
• Coordinate product launches with customers: readiness across product, deployment, enablement and marketing.
• Support large strategic deals from the product side: align what was promised, what will be built and who delivers it.
