• Direct all phases of large, complex development/production programs.
• Establish and manage program budgets to support requirements.
• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams to meet objectives and schedules.
• Prepare monthly trend and financial performance reports; develop ETCs.
• Communicate status, risks, and plans to senior management.
