Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Florida to lead and support program management activities, establishing policies and guiding the team to successful execution.

The role interfaces with government and subcontractors, ensures budget goals are met, and may require travel to support the program and customer needs. The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience, a DoD TS clearance, and familiarity with government contracts and IAC MAC vehicles, along with strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years’ experience.
• Active DoD TS clearance; program management experience required.
• Government contracts experience preferred.
• Experience with IAC MAC contract vehicles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Job description

Title: Senior Program Manager KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Program Management support
• Provide leadership and guidance to overall program management team
• Establish policies, procedures, and goals for continued successful program execution
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and facilitate improvement as necessary
• Travel in support of the program, customer, and company
• Interface with government and subcontractor personnel
• Facilitate program purchasing and coordinate between project level POCs to ensure program budgetary goals are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years’ experience
• Active DoD TS Clearance Experience must be Program Management related
• Government contract related experience preferred
• Additional experience with IAC MAC related contract vehicles
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
