Job summary

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies seek a Program Manager (ELMS) in Tampa, FL to lead a high-profile USSOCOM proposal effort. You will direct project leads, manage risks, and ensure program execution in a demanding government environment.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s with DoD experience, 15+ years of related work, PMP/DAWIA PM certification or equivalent, and DAU Level I logistics certification.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a business-related field or a bachelor’s with 5+ years in DoD organizations.
• 15+ years combined DoD/federal experience in FM/PM/IT/Logistics, 5+ years PM.
• PM/PM certification (PMP or DAWIA PM) or 10 years DoD PM on contract.
• DAU Level I logistics certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage government program tasks per the performance work statement.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Provide training and maintain risk and status reporting.
• Serve as main POC for contractor personnel and SITREPs.
• Prepare reports on property, deliverables, and program activity.
