Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Defense Acquisition & Logistics to lead DoD acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs. The role focuses on IPT leadership, budget management, and cross‑domain collaboration across Navy/USSOCOM ecosystems.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of DoD program experience, strong PPBE knowledge, and proven ability to coordinate with senior government stakeholders while delivering on cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of DoD acquisition, logistics, or sustainment experience.
• Experience with Navy, USSOCOM, NAVAIR or related defense organizations.
• Strong DoD acquisition processes, PPBE knowledge.
• Experience developing budgets, spend plans, and resource allocations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPTs supporting acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies for fleet readiness.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and execution with stakeholders.
• Prepare program status reports for senior government leadership.
• Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, contracting, finance, logistics, and operations.
• Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) initiatives as needed.
• Identify logistics gaps and risks and implement solutions.
• Contribute to PPBE and POM activities.
