Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Senior Program Portfolio Item Manager to support the upcoming proposal effort for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) contract with USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on managing multiple projects, IMS/WBS/POAM development, budgets, and comprehensive contract documentation from inception through execution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Associate degree, 10+ years DoD/federal program mgmt experience, 3+ years item management, 5+ years LIS material

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Associate degree required.
10+ years combined DoD/federal program mgmt experience in FM/PM/IT/Logistics.
3+ years of item management experience.
3+ years Major Command to Headquarters staff experience.
5+ years material management with LIS.
5+ years as a government or civilian project or team lead.
DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Provide Portfolio management of multiple projects.
Support Management and planning of projects including developing IMS, WBS, POAMs, budgets, and other docs.
Provide oversight and execution of program documentation, supply chain management, procurements, and program requirements.
Develop and edit program documents such as Program Plans, reports, TDPs, status reports and CD LRL items.
Coordinate classified and unclassified formal meetings and reviews with senior staff.
Other Duties as assigned.
