Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support the ELMS proposal effort in Tampa, FL. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing government requirements under the PWS, reviewing tasks for scope, and distributing work to the contractor team.

You will review deliverables for quality and timeliness, ensure training of personnel, and monitor SITREPs. A PMP/DAWIA PM certification and DoD experience are preferred, with US citizenship and Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years combined DoD/federal experience in FM, PM, IT, or Logistics; 5+ years PM experience.
• Security clearance requirements applicable; US Citizenship for this contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of all government requirements per the PWS and audits.
• Review tasks to ensure they are within the contract scope.
• Distribute work to contractor team via Technical Team Management Support.
• Review deliverables for quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure training of all contractor personnel.
• Review SITREPs on a weekly basis.
• Serve as the main POC for all contractor personnel.
• Provide status reports on property management transactions and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Master's Degree in Business or related field

Bachelor's degree + 5+ years DoD experience

Job description

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our upcoming proposal effort the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) contract in Tampa, FL.

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of all government requirements as specified within the performance work statement and as applicable to audit requirements
• Review tasks to ensure they are within the scope of the contract
• Distribute all work assigned the Contractor team via the contractor Technical Team Management Support
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of the task(s)
• Ensure the training of all contractor personnel
• Review weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs).
• Serve as the main Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel
• Provide Status Reports on property management transactions, deliverables and other tasks as outlined in the performance work statement
• Other Duties as assigned
• Master's Degree in any Business-related field OR any bachelors degree and additional 5 years in DoD organizations, as military or government civilian OR similarly situated government OR commercial organization.
• Minimum fifteen (15) Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING: Minimum five (5) years Program/Project Management experience
• Certified as Program/Project Management Professional (PMP) or **DAWIA Level III PM certification or additional 5 years' (total of 10 years) Program/Project Management experience on a DoD contract.
• DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Targeted salary range is $142,000 to $158,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds or more on occasion.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
