Job summary

Dignitas Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year DoD IDIQ. You will serve as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager, handling financials, subcontractor oversight, and schedule control to ensure successful execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management, strong leadership of distributed teams, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Hybrid in Orlando, FL or travel for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business management or related field.
• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advanced certification.
• Must have 5–10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist mission partners to assess needs, provide information and resolve problems.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution including subcontractors.
• Track cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Coordinate staffing, risks, opportunities and process improvements.
• Lead follow-on proposal efforts.
