Job summary

Dignitas Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year DoD IDIQ. You will serve as Deputy to the Senior Program Manager, handling financials, subcontractor oversight, and schedule control to ensure successful execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management, strong leadership of distributed teams, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Hybrid in Orlando, FL or travel for remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advanced certification.
• Must have 5–10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Dignitas is seeking a strong and experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year single award IDIQ contract. The candidate for this position will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions to include: financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface and internal team leadership.

Essential Functions

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts
