Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ, supporting DIA and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The PM will have full authority for performance, cost, schedule, quality, and risk across global task orders.

The role requires PMP, 10+ years of DoD/IC program management, and experience managing large IDIQ programs with a cleared analytically skilled workforce, interfacing with DIA leadership and mission stakeholders.

Qualifications

PMP certification required.
Minimum 10 years of program management experience with DoD or IC customers.
Experience managing large IDIQ or multi-task-order programs.
Strong understanding of DIA, IC analytic missions and enterprise coordination.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single accountable PM for SIA-3 task orders across CONUS/OCONUS missions.
Provide executive interface with DIA leadership, Contracting Officers, and stakeholders.
Oversee Task Order Managers aligned to MTAs and regional mission sets.
Ensure analytic quality and ICD 203/206 compliance with DI A guides.
Manage program risk, issues, and change control to minimize mission impact.
Oversee cost, performance, and CDRL reporting using compliant systems.
Lead workforce planning, surge support, and continuity of operations.
