Job summary

• Lead follow on proposal efforts.

Position Overview

The candidate for this position will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions to include: financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface and internal team leadership.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advance certification.
• NAWCTSD Customer Experience.
• Earn Value Management Experience.
• DoD Modeling Simulation and Training Background.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
