Job summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a Senior Program Manager – IDIQ Level to lead program execution for USSOCOM assignments. Ideal candidate has deep DoD contract and task order management experience under an IDIQ vehicle, with emphasis on performance, staffing, and customer engagement.

This role is remote with a preference for candidates located within 50 miles of Tampa, FL, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance. It is contingent upon contract award and offers growth opportunities in business development and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in USSOCOM assignments as military, civilian, or contractor.
• 5+ years of Program Management on a DoD contract (not ended more than 12 months prior to proposal).
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance.
• Master’s degree in Program Management or related field.
• Graduate of a U.S. Military War College with Master’s Certificate and 10+ years PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years USSOCOM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and execution of the IDIQ contract, staffing, performance, and customer engagement.
• Serve as primary government point of contact for program status and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and USSOCOM policies and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
• Develop reports, briefings, and required documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission success.
• Support business development and proposals for new/existing task orders (pricing, teaming, capture).
