Oncor Electric Delivery, headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a Program Manager for the Resiliency Program in Fort Worth. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the corporate office three or more days per week and involves analytics, planning, and coordination across Distribution Operations and related teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform project analytics to prepare plans and procedures.
• Develop plans and documents for distribution program development and maintenance.
• Provide design and analytics support for distribution programs and coordinate with related teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert on current and future distribution states to enable planning and execution.
• Forecast resource needs and support program management with cost and scope planning.
• Assist in developing programs aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
• Analyze program performance and implement corrective actions for success.
• Communicate with field personnel to gain feedback and ensure performance measures.
