Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Distribution Automation Program Manager (Senior PMO) to guide short- and long-term planning for distribution programs. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Downtown Fort Worth, with multi-level experience and strong analytics.

The ideal candidate will lead analytics, coordinate with planning and standards teams, manage resources, and drive program success across distribution initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field encouraged to apply.
• 3+ years of experience in planning, design, operation, or construction of Distribution/Transmission facilities.
• 1+ years of experience in program or project management encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform project/program analytics to prepare plans, standards, and procedures.
• Develop and support plans, specs, and PM documents for distribution programs.
• Provide design & analytics support for distribution programs and coordinate with PM teams.
• Be SME on current and future states of distribution programs and create cross-workflow processes.
• Forecast resource needs and assist in program management reporting.
• Support development of programs aligning with corporate initiatives.
• Analyze performance, propose course corrections, and ensure program success.
• Communicate with field personnel and other groups to gather feedback and measure performance.
• Link operations with planning and strategy through strong relationships.
• Facilitate operations processes to streamline distribution programs.
• Prioritize safety in design and operation of programs.
• Communicate and resolve issues with detailed documentation.
• Manage multiple assignments with quality and reliability.
• Promote environmental responsibility and ethical conduct.
