Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery is seeking a Program Controls Manager for the Program Management Office to oversee capital/operating financials for Distribution Operations. You will own the financial portfolio and capital budget, guiding reporting and governance across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in program controls/finances with electric utility distribution
• Strong communication and relationship-building across cross-functional teams
• Experience managing large programs or initiatives in a utilities context

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMO financial and controls processes and the annual active capital expenditure plan
• Establish PMO Controls & Financial Program Management framework and lifecycle for large Distribution programs
• Own processes for Distribution Operations financial oversight with cross-team collaboration
• Provide expertise on current and future states of Distribution capital program planning
• Develop and maintain PMO processes for scoping between Oncor workgroups and activities
