Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of proven project management experience, or 14+ years of combined higher education/work experience with 10+ years PM.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Teams).
• MS Power Platform (Power Apps Suite).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing technology-driven programs across Institutional Services functions and products.
• Support portfolio, program, and project management activities aligned with tech strategy and business objectives.
• Coordinate program deliverables to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain dashboards and analytics for capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasting.
