The role supports planning, execution, and reporting for key initiatives across business and technology programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and drive cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of project management experience, or 14 years of combined education/work experience with 10 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office/GSuite tools and modern project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology-driven programs across Institutional Services functions and products.
• Support portfolio, program, and project management activities aligned with tech strategy.
• Track program performance metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment.
• Maintain dashboards for capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasting.
• Engage with stakeholders and act as liaison between Product and Tech teams.
• Ensure compliance with risk controls and internal policies.
