Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace unit is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to manage the Finance Portfolio within the Digital Technology Program Management Office. The role partners with Collins DT Leaders and RTX Enterprise Services to drive multi-million dollar projects to successful outcomes.

You will lead scope, schedule, and risk processes, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across the program. International collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position .(U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
• Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio.
• Drive processes and meeting cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• Manage the program financials by working with controllers, financial analysts and functional leads across Digital Technology.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and development of integrated schedules and milestone commitments.
• Lead teams to development and implement effective risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead teams to develop effective stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and teams to develop and deliver complex systems and services.
