Responsibilities

• Lead IR&D programs and oversee mid- to large-scale CDS/MLS development and production programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support development and transitions from EMD to LRIP.
• Monitor portfolio performance and participate in program reviews with adjustments as needed.
• Serve as backup to Lead PM, handle information requests, and run stakeholder meetings.
• Support roadmapping and business cases to sustain CDS/MLS portfolios.
• Collaborate with ProTect Finance, BD, Chief Engineering, Contracts Finance, Contracts, Operations to support capture and execution.
• This position is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA.
