Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizen/Green Card holder and willing to travel 25%.
• 3+ years managing digital technology projects with infrastructure and software initiatives.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project.
• Experience managing project financials and forecasting resource demand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time execution of the project and meet strategic deliverables with matrixed teams.
• Communicate project vision to leadership and align with customer expectations.
• Govern project using REPM model: financial tracking, risk mitigation, vendor management.
• Maintain IMS, milestones, critical path, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor budget and EAC, variance analysis, and capital reporting compliance.
• Resolve conflicts and motivate teams toward common goals.
• Maintain Risk & Opportunity logs with mitigation plans; present to senior leadership.
• Make timely business decisions to support Collins Aerospace objectives.
• Summarize key information and drive continuous process improvement.
