Job summary

Lockheed Martin is hiring a Program Manager to lead end-to-end development of digital electronics for the IGNITE edge processing portfolio. You will guide multiple CCA or box development efforts from TRL 0 to 6+ and work with cross-functional teams to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in an Engineering or related field.
• Experience in digital electronics or related industry.
• Project Management experience.
• CAM experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Ability to work with multiple functions and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of digital electronics hardware from concept to production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Develop master schedules and budgets; track progress.
• Identify risks and communicate status to leadership.
• Provide technical oversight on architecture, PCB design, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Mentor junior engineers and program staff.
