Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware development experience.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience leading digital design from concept to sustainment; CAM or WPM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison to align resources, staffing, and milestones.
• Facilitate weekly IPT status meetings with engineering, technology, program management and customers.
• Provide clear oral and written updates to leadership and cross-functional teams; oversee build and test activities.
• Foster close working relationships with IPT leads, managers, and customer counterparts.
