Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Program Manager for the .com portfolio. Hybrid work requiring onsite four or more days weekly; relocation assistance may be available.

You will lead PM activities, with planning, capacity, risk reporting and stakeholder management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include communicating plans, managing risks, guiding product teams, and coordinating with agency partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years of project/ program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years in an agile development environment with decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years of project management focused on web development.
• 4+ years of experience managing creative execution and working with creative teams.
• PMP certification and agency experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate delivery plans, statuses and risks to product teams and senior management.
• Manage multiple projects to critical path with milestone updates and risk assessments.
• Guide product teams on best practices for project delivery.
• Identify, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies; draft contingency plans.
• From project discovery, document scope and business requirements; gather detailed requirements.
• Ensure partners are engaged and held accountable; coordinate with agencies and vendors.
