Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Experience launching high-volume products cradle-to-grave
• Strong technical background in drive units (inverter, motor, gearbox)
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Jama or similar PM tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Powertrain Electronics in product development
• Manage design, build, test, and validation of the powertrain electronics
• Oversee change control and cross-functional execution
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with transparency
• Facilitate sourcing activities and cost-reduction opportunities
• Coordinate with teams to integrate with other vehicle systems
• Drive collaboration across manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and supply base
• Maintain project timelines, volumes, budgets, and progress updates
• Define key metrics for team success
• Ensure manufacturing feasibility and timely component delivery
• Support cross-functional decision making for program success
• Drive continuous improvement of drive unit program and processes
