Job summary

Ford in Dearborn, MI is seeking a data-driven Analyst to lead end-to-end Supply Chain program deliverables for one of Ford’s vehicle platforms. You will own the Supply Chain PoV, drive alignment, milestone readiness, and programs from pre-planning through launch.

You will partner with Product Development, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, STA, and PMO to ensure deliverables meet cost, quality, and timing targets. Hybrid onsite four days per week; salary grade 7–8 with competitive packages.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program Management, or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data mining and business-case development.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office; experience with executive presentations.
• Experience with Ariba, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes and milestone management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain program deliverables for assigned vehicle programs.
• Partner with product development, finance, manufacturing, purchasing, STA, and PMO to align objectives.
• Develop and maintain program workplans, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Provide program status, risk assessments, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional reviews with executive reporting.
• Analyze program data to support business case development and financial planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and execution.
