Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense is seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex programs through all lifecycle phases. You will own cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and technical performance, while mentoring IPT leads and forecasting sales and gross profit for total program health.

You will oversee detailed plans, manage risks, develop budgets, and drive continuous improvement to satisfy customer requirements and strategic objectives across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• MP® Certification or Equivalent is required.
• 5+ years program management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Holds self and team accountable for high performance standards.
• Mentor and lead junior project/program managers.
• Communicate program objectives and align with strategic plans.
• Develop detailed program plans using company policies and industry best practices.
• Lead program teams to achieve delivery and quality goals.
• Forecasts of new business, sales, and gross profit.
• Prepare program budgets and manage Control Accounts.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain close customer relationships and proactively address issues.
• Coordinate contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Plan and execute programs per contractual obligations.
• Conduct periodic program reviews and present performance metrics.
