Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a senior program manager to lead planning, coordination, and synchronization of defense program management activities. You will liaison between organization leadership and ASA (ALT) leaders, manage calendars, meetings, notes, and action items, and ensure timely status reporting and archiving.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field, Level III PM certification, 10+ years of military leadership/operations experience, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or related field with extensive experience.
• Level III Certified in Program Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior military leadership/operations experience at Battalion level or higher.
• At least 3 years in Army Acquisition Corps.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and synchronize program management activities for the assigned organization(s).
• Interface between organization leadership and ASA (ALT) leaders and staff.
• Manage program calendars, schedule meetings, record notes, and distribute action items.
• Provide status on actions, reports, and tasks; store materials from engagements electronically.
• Coordinate documentation and obtain required signatures; prepare materials for meetings, briefings, and conferences.
