Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Sr Specialist, Program Management to direct all phases of programs from proposal development through completion. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated programs and drive execution with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinating with finance and supply chain, and briefing senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of program management experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; alternative 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with DoD contract execution is preferred.
• Overtime as needed to meet objectives.
• Strong skills with MS Office tools and production/lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from proposal development through completion.
• Drive program execution to meet orders, revenue, profit and cash flow targets.
• Ensure cost, schedule and technical performance for designated programs.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams; lead reviews with customers.
• Maintain IMS and overall program plan; brief customers and management on progress.
