Advanced Technology International seeks a Senior Project Manager in Charleston, SC to plan, organize, direct, and control programs within cost and schedule guidelines. You will lead project teams across government, industry, and academia, coordinating milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

This role supports ATI’s submarine and shipbuilding portfolios, emphasizing planning, execution, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s with 3+ years of related experience; engineering/science/supply chain/TPM preferred.
• PM experience required; PMP favored but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from startup to closeout, ensuring contracts, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and review scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance baselines with controls.
• Develop and maintain planning artifacts like SOWs, WBS, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Government, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for progress and acceptance.
• Review invoices, analyze cost variances, and maintain project data for reporting.
