Qualifications

• BA/BS with 20+ years experience, or MA/MS with 18+ years, or PhD with 16+ years.
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements.
• Advanced knowledge of program management standards (scheduling, cost accounting, EVMS, Risk/Opportunity management).
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 15%.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned program portfolios.
• Establish and control program budgets aligned with needs.
• Establish and control program schedules to meet milestones.
• Coordinate depot capabilities and logistics for Saab products.
• Develop high-quality competitive proposals for business objectives.
• Grow relationships with customers and primes to expand opportunities.
