Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead major radar system programs across ground and naval segments in the United States.

The role requires extensive program management, EVMS expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, information technology, or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of program management, project management, operations, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading program/project managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing and managing EVMS for complex programs with PMBs, cost and schedule performance.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable programs, roadmaps and milestones.
• Strong experience working with executives, customers, vendors, and cross-functional leaders.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, resources, and priorities.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-level communication.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches; Jira and MS Project familiarity.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and travel up to 25% (intl/domestic).

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage product development priorities with stakeholders across internal and external partners.
• Provide leadership for assigned program portfolios including cost, schedule, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Set strategy, budgets, and performance metrics; report using EVMS/EVMS for internal/external reporting.
• Lead complex programs spanning design, development, manufacturing, integration, deployment, and sustainment of radar systems.
• Oversee program execution, ensure adherence to processes, and manage requirements, risk, and readiness.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, quality, supply chain, and sales to optimize resources.
• Represent Saab with senior customers; travel across time zones as needed; foster partner relationships.
