Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX seeks an accomplished Program Manager, Associate Director to lead Gen 5 FoS Production. You will oversee Production hardware builds, manage cost/schedule, and coordinate with factories, OSC, and USG customers to deliver high-rate production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 12 years; advanced degree with minimum 10 years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and admin.
• Experience leading DoD contracts’ P&L as program manager or functional leader.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance with PMR/EAC reviews.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government clearance before start; Top Secret after start.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Team across production contracts to meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Improve cadence and metrics to increase production throughput.
• Partner with internal factories and suppliers to meet program commitments.
• Support financial cadence, including risk and opportunity processes.
• Provide leadership for matrixed teams and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure commitments across financial, technical, and schedule performance.
• Support proposals and contract close-out activities.
