Job summary

RTX's AOIS Product Area seeks a Program Manager, Associate Director to oversee Gen 5 FoS Production programs from McKinney, TX. You will lead the Production Hardware IPTLs, drive cost and schedule execution, and coordinate with OSC and factory leads to boost build rates while interfacing with the Prime and USG customers as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and program management discipline, with responsibilities across proposal through contract close-out and a path

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, plus extensive relevant DoD contract management background.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, contracts, finance, and admin.
• Experience leading profit and loss on DoD contracts as a program manager or functional lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Team and Control Account Manager across production contracts to meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Improve cadence and metrics to drive throughput improvements in production builds.
• Partner with internal factories and suppliers to meet program commitments.
• Support financial cadence, risk/opportunity processes aligned with goals and obligations.
• Lead matrixed team development and organization with strong communication and presentation skills.
