Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant manufacturing.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
• Assign tasks to meet targets and service standards.
• Manage budget elements such as overhead, overtime, and Hours per Unit.
• Provide day-to-day work direction and maintain workflow.
• Support hiring, firing, promotion decisions for direct reports.
• Oversee scheduling, coaching, and process execution.
