Mercury Systems in the United States is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to oversee one or more defense hardware programs from ideation through production and in-service support.

You will lead diverse cross-functional teams across contracts, planning, finance, operations, and engineering to deliver mission-critical solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and program performance to schedule, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of progressive program management experience in defense hardware.
• Experience with EAC management and financial acumen.
• Experience with Prime and/or Government contracting practices.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Must be able to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Execute programs to scope, schedule, cost, and quality over their full lifecycle.
• Develop IMS, build plans, and identify critical paths.
• Ensure on-time deliverables (documentation and products).
• Identify and manage scope changes through their approval and execution.
• Perform risk and opportunities management with mitigation plans.
• Provide details of resources required for successful execution of programs.
• Respond to RFPs and develop schedules, compliance matrices, and bid material.
• Create statements of work (SOW) and perform sub-contract management.
• Present program status to leadership weekly and monthly with KPIs.
• Point of contact for customers and develop action plans for satisfaction.
• Team with Operations, Engineering, and Mission Assurance.
