You will lead diverse cross-functional teams to deliver secure microelectronics for aerospace, defense, and space programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 8+ years in program management, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of program management or IPT leadership experience.
• Experience leading technical projects for aerospace, defense, or space hardware.
• Onsite in Phoenix, AZ with ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans for customer and internal programs with schedules and estimates.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality across full program lifecycles.
• Identify and manage scope changes and risks with mitigation actions.
• Present program status to leadership and coordinate proposals and bid material.
• Lead cross-functional teams including contracts, finance, operations, and engineering.
