Job summary

Mercury Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Principal Program Manager to strengthen the program management function across Microwave Amplification programs.

This role coordinates with the Global Sales team and serves as the primary customer contact for programmatic and contractual matters. The position requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strategic capture and execution, and expertise in USG, international and commercial contracts with a strong emphasis on DFARS and ITAR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
• 10+ years of execution experience with US DoD (DFARS).
• Experience managing complex programs across commercial and defense markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple programs within the Microwave Amplification line of business.
• Lead multiple IPT cross-functional teams and deliver from design to release.
• Oversee schedules, budgets and program plans; develop and execute these plans.
• Build relationships with customers and field-based employees.
• Drive Lean improvements across the function.
• Identify and resolve program challenges, including resources and contractual changes.
