Job summary

Mercury Systems seeks an experienced Senior Principal Program Manager to strengthen its program management capabilities across Microwave Amplification programs. You will oversee multiple cross-functional teams, drive program execution from design to release, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic capture experience, and knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR, with an emphasis on compliant, cost-effective solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Business Management.
• 10+ years of execution experience with US DoD (DFARS) content.
• Experience managing complex technical programs across commercial and defense markets.
• Ability to understand a broad portfolio spanning hardware, software, and manufacturing.
• Security clearance required or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manages performance of multiple programs within the Microwave Amplification line of business.
• Lead multiple IPT cross-functional teams and deliver solutions from design to release.
• Oversee large or complex programs with adherence to plans, schedules and budgets.
• Develop, define, and execute project plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers and field-based employees and manage negotiations and contracts.
