Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead contract support for a federal law enforcement customer in a high-visibility role. You will be the Contractor's primary point of contact, overseeing execution, personnel, logistics, finances, and performance with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, deployments, property management, invoicing, and timely reporting, while maintaining accountability across dispersed teams in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Top Secret security clearance is required.
• 20+ years of professional experience, including 15+ years in law enforcement support.
• Experience leading large federal programs and interfacing with government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contract support for administrative and operational functions.
• Serve as primary POC and provide strategic oversight of contract execution.
• Oversee personnel management, logistics, and program performance.
• Coordinate with CO/COR and agency leadership to meet requirements.
• Manage Government-furnished property, invoicing, and contract modifications.
