Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PM, Engineering, Business).
• 10+ years of proven program management success.
• Experience with multi-discipline technology programs and risks.
• Experience as a capture manager or systems engineer on programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical compliance for programs.
• Participate in proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Set up project sites and develop schedules with costs and risks.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and ETCs (Estimate to Complete).
• Allocate resources across contracted and IR&D projects.
• Lead iteration planning to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions for delivery.
• Develop requirements and design reviews to meet customer needs.
