Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a 15-person APG engineering program delivering C4ISR capabilities. You will manage scope, budget, personnel and deliverables while engaging with government customers and subcontractors.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and PMP, with 15 years in technology design/development and at least 2 years in a research/engineering setting. Travel up to 10% and active Secret clearance may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of experience in technology design and development.
• PMP certification with experience managing complex laboratory operations.
• At least 2 years in a research or engineering environment supporting PWS.
• A higher degree can substitute for up to 3 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 15-person APG engineering program delivering C4ISR capabilities.
• Serve as primary customer and government liaison to sustain satisfaction.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, cost, and performance targets.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and cash-flow management.
• Develop labor and material estimates and basis of estimate.
• Support proposal development and contract growth.
• Ensure facility operations at the APG office and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong client relations and effective change management.
